Thank you for offering your services to Project by Project (PbP)! Being an all-volunteer organization, we are committed to making this an efficient and rewarding experience for everyone. Volunteers are the heart of our organization, and the contributions of each individual have direct impact to the success of our event. We are grateful for your time and hope that your experience with PbP will be a positive one. 

Plate by Plate: Project by Project's Annual Tasting benefit is our primary fundraising event of the year and as such also garners the most attention and attendance. As a volunteer, please keep in mind that you will be regarded as a representative of Project by Project throughout the event. All PbP volunteers should apply common sense and behave in a professional and courteous manner.

Volunteer FAQ 

Q. Are there any requirements for volunteering?

A. Alcohol is served at this event and as such, every person attending the event including the general volunteers must be at least 21 years old with proper ID. All volunteers are also required to attend a mandatory orientation session and submit a signed volunteer agreement form. 

Q. How long will I have to volunteer for?

A. Volunteers are required to work on a shift based system with breaks during which they can experience the event.  Further details will be provided closer to the event. 

Q. How will I know which role I will be assigned to?

A. All volunteers will receive an email the week before the event with details about their assigned role and the attire code for the event.
