Project by Project (PbP) is a 100% volunteer-led 501(c)(3) non profit organization, whose mission is to develop leaders who engage in social issues impacting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Plate by Plate is PbP’s signature annual fundraising event, designed to amplify the impact of our community partners, celebrate the AAPI community, and raise funds to support local nonprofit organizations. It is also the nation's oldest and largest tasting benefit gala supporting AAPI philanthropy, organized entirely by volunteers.

Yes. Complimentary coat check will be available for all guests inside the venue.

There are no in-and-out privileges.

No. Please bring your government-issued photo ID (this is a 21+ event) and we will check you in.

To upgrade from GA to VIP, please return to our ticket site and select the VIP Upgrade option. For any questions, please email us at info.sf@projectbyproject.org.

No, all ticket sales are final and there are no refunds. However, you you can transfer your ticket to someone else on your behalf. For assistance, please email info.sf@projectbyproject.org and provide the new guest’s name and email address.

We will do our best to identify common food allergens, as well as vegetarian and vegan options, on each vendor’s menu. If you have specific questions about the ingredients or preparation of any items, please ask our vendors directly.

We recommend that you use public transportation or rideshare. The nearest public transportation stops:
BART: 16th St. Mission Station (Directions)
Caltrain: San Francisco Caltrain Station (Directions)
If you drive, there is ample street parking in the nearby blocks. Please check street signs and do not park on Rhode Island St.
