  • No. We accept both printed or digital tickets.

  • All tickets sales are final, and there are no refunds.  You can transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. For ticket inquiries, please email fundraising.ny@projectbyproject.org.

  • There are no in-and-out privileges.

  • Check out the list of confirmed vendors on our website. Also, keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements!

  • Vegetarian and vegan items will be indicated this on the menus at the event. If you have any food allergies, we recommend that you ask the vendors if their food and/or beverage contains the ingredient that you are allergic to.
    There will also be an option to note dietary restrictions after purchasing your ticket.

  • Located in the heart of New York, Lavan Midtown is a luxurious event venue by the pier in Hell’s Kitchen, a 10-minute walk from the Port Authority Bus Terminal (A/C/E lines) or a 15-minute walk from Times Square - 42nd Street (1/2/3 lines). For more options, guests can also take the crosstown bus M42 from 42nd Street - Bryant Park (B/D/F/M). We recommend utilizing the MTA or ride-share services.
